This tutorial will walk you through the steps to set up the Quick Reply feature of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
Quick Reply will enable you to reject incoming calls with a custom message by placing your finger on the sensor at the back of your device (next to the camera lens) for a couple of seconds.

Go to Apps > Settings > Edge Screen > Edge Lightning > Quick Reply. Toggle the Quick Reply switch to On.
To create a custom reject message, simply clear the text under Quick Reply Messages and type your new message.
